Over the past 20+ years I’ve been lucky enough to work at the very top of high-performance sport – five Olympic Games, three different sports, and over 500 international medals. Along the way, I’ve learnt what it really takes to help people, teams and organisations perform at their best when it matters most.
Now, through my consultancy work, I bring those lessons to organisations who want to raise their game – whether in sport, business, or any other high-pressure environment.
